Why become a Conservation Club Member?
Membership is an investment in your community. Becoming a member of the RCD will contribute to preserving the priceless resources of this unique place we live in. Our soil and water provide food, shelter, and clothing, while reinforcing SLO County’s employment and recreation.Supporting the US-LT Resource Conservation District helps ensure these resources are being used wisely and are protected for our future generations. Join us in the 21st Century’s ultimate challenge where your energy and dollars can make a difference!
Membership Options:
Become a Friend of Conservation for $50 per year. You’ll receive our quarterly newsletter, seasonal discount coupons to local businesses, club member decal, a 10% discount on RCD workshops and be able to designate your contribution to either:
- Conservation education/Stream restoration
- Farmer mentorship program
- Technical assistance for conservation practices
Become a Community Conservationist (small farm and business level) for $100 per year and receive our quarterly newsletter, recognition on our website, club member decal, grant editing and assistance from our RCD grant pros, 10% group discounts to RCD workshops and events and be able to designate your contribution to one of three important programs (listed above).
Become a Silver Spur Sponsor (large business level) for $250 per year and receive our quarterly newsletter, a logo and hyperlink on our website plus recognition on select marketing materials distributed throughout the year, club member decal, 10% group discounts to RCD workshops and events and be able to designate your contribution to one of three important programs (listed above).
