Hayley received her degree from Humboldt State University in Environmental Management and Protection with an emphasis in Natural Resources Planning. This will be her second term serving in the Watershed Stewards Program. Previously, she served with the Department of Fish and Wildlife in Monterey monitoring steelhead populations in streams on the Big Sur Coast. Most recently she worked with a private consulting company to monitor fish populations on the North Fork of the Feather River.
While the bulk of her professional experience to date has focused primarily on fish, she looks forward to working with USLT RCD to serve the communities of the Central Coast. She has an interest in learning more about conservation on working landscapes as well as community collaboration for ecological restoration. In her free time Hayley loves exploring the Central Coast, restoring her vintage trailer, and most of all eating food with friends and family.

practices. Contact our accessibility officer to report an issue.
Compliance Procedures and Reports
In addition to testing with users with a wide range of disabilities and coding our website to WCAG standards,
USLTRCD regularly scans its website to ensure ongoing compliance, and makes timely
